LE GOUPIL, Albert Louis (Bert)

Passed away peacefully at Les Houmets Residential Home on Wednesday 18th March 2020.

Reunited with his late wife Margaret.

Bert will be remembered as a loving Father, grand father and great grand father.

He will be sorely missed by all his family and friends.

A private service will take place.

QUEMARD, Myles Hayden

Passed away on 13th March aged 22.

Beloved son of David and Vicky, brother to Alex, Cameron and Andre .

His gentle nature and lovely smile will be greatly missed.

Unfortunately ,  Due to the Coronavirus a private cremation will soon take place and a celebration of life memorial gathering will be held later in the year when circumstances allow.


ILLINGWORTH, Brian

Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday 15 March, 2020, aged 85 years.

Beloved husband for nearly 63 years of Irene Renouf Illingworth (nee Robins), loving father of Julie and the late Michael, father-in-law to Derek, doting grandfather of Chris and Kayleigh, also, he was a respected family member and friend to Sophie, Darren and Gillian Journeaux.

He will be greatly missed by all.

Due to the Corona Virus, a private family burial will be taking place and a date for a Church memorial service and wake will be announced later in the year.


TOUZEL, Robert Mason “Bob”

Passed away at home on Monday 9th March 2020, after a long battle bravely fought.

Beloved husband of Gill (mother Goose).

Adored dad of Alyson, Katrina, Neil, Francis and their respective partners, Chris, Sarah and Kerri.

Loving Pops/Poppa to Kirsti, Samuel, Alix, Harry, Xavier.

Much loved brother of Stella and foster father of Kimberley

Bob will be deeply missed by his family and many friends.

Please note that due to all services being suspended at the Islands Churches, this funeral has changed to a Private Family service.

There will no longer be a Service at St Peters Parish Church on Tuesday 24th March. A Memorial service will be held at a later date.

Passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully on Monday 9th March 2020 at Silver Springs Care Home.

Loving husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather and great grandfather.
He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends

WATKINS FIELD, Linda (nee Tharme)

Passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday 17th March 2020.

Loving Daughter, sister, aunt and partner of the late John.

Linda will be remembered fondly by all her family and friends in Jersey.

BUTEL, Yolande Marguerite (née Clozier)

Passed away peacefully on 1st March aged  89.

Wife of the late Albert.

Passed away peacefully in his sleep after a long illness at Lakeside Care Home on Sunday 22nd March 2020.

Reunited with his beloved late wife Margaret.

Much loved father to Caroline, Susan and Sarah. Father in law to Jeremy and Dale and devoted grandpa to Benjamin, Roxanne, Abigail, Charlotte, Zoe and Alyx.

We will miss you beyond words and you will be forever in our hearts.

ANDERTON, William Alex (Captain) late of St. Helier Garages.

Passed Peacefully away at Pinewood Residential Home on Sunday 8th March 2020 aged 94 Years.

Beloved husband of Jean, father of Clare and the late Stella, loving stepfather to Katherine.

Will be loved forever.

Sadly, due to present circumstances his funeral for 26th March has had to be cancelled.
We plan to hold a memorial service when I hope old and new friends will come to remember and celebrate a very special man, Alex.


MACKIN, Francis John “Frank”

Passed away peacefully at The General Hospital on Sunday 1st March 2020.

Frank will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.
